Home Remedies for Acidity
- Drink a glass of cold milk for
quick relief from acidity and heartburn.
- Suck a small piece of
jaggery until acidity subsides.
- Chewing of few holy basil (Tulsi)
leaves.
- Drinking coconut water 3-4
times in a day relieves acidity.
- Chewing ginger helps to subside
acidity.
- Regular drinking one or two glasses of
water in empty stomach at early in the morning.
- Boil one cup of water and add one tsp of Aniseed (Saunf). Cover and leave overnight. Strain the water
in the morning, add 1 tsp of honey. When this is taken 3 times a day it
prevents acidity.
- Watermelon juice is good for acidity.
